What's happening at Precise Shooter this week: 05/07/2016
LOTS of new things this week! My sales team demands that I stop buying, or the store will burst!
Firearms
We've got the last Yugoslavian M48 Mauser. This was a chance purchase from a chance import, I don't expect to see these for a few years - or ever.
This particular rifle has fantastic bluing and a very nice stock, but the bore is dark - though it has strong rifle. This should make a fantastic
shooter. We cleaned out the exterior so it can be handled, and the bore so it can be looked at, but PLEASE DO CLEAN IT BEFORE SHOOTING!
Only $299.95 for this rifle.
Speaking of surplus guns, we've got more!
We have just received Sig P250 and P226DAK pistol in 40S&W. All come with 3 magazines. I have not seen them yet, but they are rated
by the distributor as "very good". In the past all of the previous "very good" items I got from this distributor were really "like new".
These are police surplus pistols, and we have a very limited amount. P250s are $389.95, and P226 DAK pistols are $549.95 - a steal for a
Sig in great condition.
If you are not familiar with the DAK (double action Kellerman) triggers, you should come over and try - these are double action
triggers with an exceptionally light pull. At 6.5lb, this is only 1lb more than a typical 1911, and it still retains all the
safety and consistency of double action.
But wait! There's more!
We got a large shipment of LCP Custom pistols. Ruger has recently dropped the price on them by a whole third, and they have become
rather rare - but we were able to keep them in stock, and at the moment we have three variants:
LCP
(currently unavailable)
LCP Custom
(currently unavailable)
LCP Talo edition with turquoise grips
(currently unavailable)
We've received a very large shipment of heavy barrel AXIS Savage rifles. These are, in my opinion, by far the most successful
AXIS, and one of the most successful Savage rifles in general.
At $334.95 (4 in stock) they are VERY inexpensive, ridiculously
accurate, and actually light enough to be used in hunting as well as the target shooting.
I have outfitted mine with a Timney trigger, and it became one of my favorite rifles.
Glock, stock, and one smoking barrel
Tired of your Glock being a pistol? This kit allows you to turn a Glock 17 into a carbine. 16" barrel included - no NFA stamp required!
Price: $244.95 (2 in stock)
Our Nanos have just become even cooler!
We've got an excellent price on these small Beretta pistols (which come with Davidson's lifetime warranty),
(currently unavailable), but now we also have a few different frames - in FDE, green,
and pink, so for only $28.95 apiece you can reskin your pistol.
Tactical blah-blah
...but seriously, a pretty excellent deal on this laser and flashlight combo: $24.95 (1 in stock)
Super rare - CZ Scorpion 922r kit
As you are probably aware, SBR morass have been finally resolved, and it will soon be legal to build your own SBR - or, more likely,
convert an existing firearm into an SBR - very soon. One of the handguns that literally begs for such conversion is CZ Scorpion.
However, converting a foreign firearm is tricky - under section 922(r) of national firearm law, a semi-automatic rifle must have
a certain set of US-made parts, while a pistol has no such restrictions. This is why Romanian AKs are rebuilt in the US,
but pistols such as Draco are imported as is. More on 922(r) compliance here.
When Evos have been imported, it was imported as a pistol, thus all of its part are made in Czech Republic. But if you try
and convert it to a rifle, 922(r) immediately rears its ugly head. To solve the problem, CZ have created a kit with all
necessary US-made parts.
We've been allocated 2 (two) of these kits. They will be here next week. The price will be $199.95, which is MSRP, and
we will reserve them - on a first come, first served basis - to people who bought CZ Scorpion from us.
And by the way - we have one last Scorpion pistol, which you can now SBR - left.

Reloading Components
Very large infusion of powder...
...and primers...
...this week.
This is on top of our already huge collection of reloading tools, machines and the like.
Ammunition
Last but not least, we've received tons of ammunition this week, so we are really well supplied for the upcoming
election season.
Specifically of note - though our prices for 9mm starts at 9.95, the best deal is Federal Target and Practice at $11.99 -
legendary quality of Federal loads at a very, very low price. You want to stop by on your way to the range - and perhaps
stop by and replenish supplies afterwards.
Another fantastic deal in our Ammo department is Colt Solid Copper self-defense ammunition (20rd/box) - this is I think
the best deal on self defense ammo I have ever seen, in our store or anywhere else.
