Walther Colt 1911-22

These pistols, despite their names, are made by Walther. They are built in the full 1911A1 form factor, and has near-identical external appearance, but unlike their centerfire protagonists it is made of alloy, including the slide. However, because its internal construction uses more steel than that of typical 1911, the weight is almost the same - 36 oz (by comparison, Rock Island 1911a1 is 38 oz). As a result it feels very, very similar to the real thing - except for the recoil.
